Pre-orders are charged at checkout and produced in limited runs. Please see our Pre-Order Policy for estimated delivery timelines.

Orders are dispatched within the estimated timeframe provided. For pre-orders, production begins after the pre-order window closes.
Shipping times vary by location and courier (DHL Express or local partners). We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events outside our control.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:
The item is unworn and in original condition
All tags and original packaging are intact
A TrueToForm scan was completed at time of order

7. Use of TrueToForm Technology
We use a 3D body scanning tool developed by Tam Technologies, Inc. (TrueToForm).
This tool generates size predictions based on data you submit.
By using this tool, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with TrueToForm’s Privacy Policy. Data may be stored or processed in the United States.
Petite Aesthetics does not store or access scan data , all data is handled directly by TrueToForm.
8. Intellectual Property
All site content , including logos, imagery, copy, branding, and our proprietary sizing system (PA Precision Petite Sizing) is the property of Petite Aesthetics.
You may not use, copy, or distribute any material without written consent.
9. Liability and Disclaimer
We strive to keep the website secure and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the website or purchased products.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
