If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it simple.
30-Day Returns. One Free Size Exchange per order.

How Do I Make A Return ?
All returns must be processed through our Official Returns Portal using the button above.
Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.
What are the return eligibility requirements?
To be accepted for return, your item(s) must:
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Be in original condition with tags attached
- Be free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, tan marks, pet hair or damage
- Not be marked as Final Sale
Petite Aesthetics reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
How Long Do I have To Return My Item ?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return through our portal.
What items are non-returnable?
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final Sale items
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged
- Items discounted 40% or more
What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?
We’re truly sorry if something isn’t right.
Please email contact@petiteaesthetics.com within 30 days of receiving your order, including:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
Our team will prioritise resolving this for you.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes.
You are eligible for one free size exchange per order, subject to stock availability.
Once your return is in transit, we will begin processing your exchange.
Please note: duties and taxes are not covered for exchange shipments.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow standard bank processing times for the funds to appear.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as they cover the original shipping and handling of your order.
We are also unable to reimburse duties or taxes incurred on your original shipment.
